12 Nov 2009JaguarVision.com XFForum member GoldJag has a rather appropriate user name. He has a Gold Jaguar XF – well Cashmere Gold to be precise.
The general consensus on the XFForum is that there aren’t many Gold Jaguar XFs on road so GoldJag’s posting created a good deal of interest.

The trouble GoldJag only posted 1 picture of his glittering XF that one picture prompted suggestions that there was more than a hint of Grey in the ‘Cashmere Gold’ Jaguar XF.
So in order to settle this we need either: More images from GoldJag or an appeal for any other Gold Jaguar XF owners to post their pictures of XF on the road!

27 Oct 2009I’ve just had an amazing visit to the factory at Castle Bromwich with a personally tailored tour for me to see my new XF being built. The Guide, Tom, was really informative about the whole build process, we first visited my car when it had no wheels, doors or seats toward the end of the line. We went round the rest of the factory and returned to see it complete and the electrics being tested before rolling off the end of the line.

22 Oct 2009Female motorists and motoring journalists in South Africa love the Jaguar XF so much they voted it a category winner in the third annual WOW Women’s Car of the Year Awards.
AndyXF cant go wrong in his Jaguar XF.
The Jaguar XF came up trumps in the “Top Gears” category (for cars with a retail price of R250 000 and above).
It beat nine competitors: the Mercedes-Benz C-Class, Porsche Boxster/Cayman, Audi A4, Lexus IS250, Honda Accord, MINI Convertible, Alfa GT, Audi A3 and BMW Z4.

22 Oct 2009Jaguar ties with NSPCC for competition to give away new Jaguar XJ
LONDON – Jaguar has teamed up with the NSPCC to raise £1m for the charity’s Child’s Voice Appeal.
The luxury car brand is running a competition giving entrants the chance to win the very first new Jaguar XJ, worth more than £62,000, when it rolls of the production line later this year.
The competition runs until 25 November and the winner will be announced on 1 December. Entrants must correctly answer three questions about the new Jaguar XJ to be in with a chance of winning.
The competition coincides with the NSPCC’s relaunch of its ChildLine service today. As part of its Child’s Voice appeal, the charity intends to raise £50m to boost the service, enabling children to get in touch online and by text as well as by phone. It will also go toward developing the NSPCC helpline for adults worried about a child.

Jaguar Land Rover has been awarded ‘Vehicle Manufacturer of the Year’ at the 13th Annual Industry Awards, hosted by Bodyshop Magazine at the Hilton Metropole in Birmingham.
The awards recognise excellence in dealer bodyshops and repair centres.
